Whether you have ASTRO-DURANCE® Bungee Systems or another brand, the concepts and principles of bungee exercise are the same.  What is different is the advanced level of bungee training you can perform and the type of results your clients will receive with ASTRO-DURANCE® Bungee Systems. 

Our system allows all ages, sizes, performance levels, and those with physical limitations to benefit from exercise. Because our bungee system is different than other types of bungee’s on the market and has many variables and applications, the ASTRO-DURANCE® TRAINING MANUAL is a must have. You need to know the do’s and don’ts of proper usage; client physical assessment; how it affects the body, product limitations; protocols; procedures; emergency and safety factors.   

You can become certified by first studying our ASTRO-DURANCE® Training Manual, (purchased separately) then taking THIS CERTIFICATION TEST.  Upon passing the test you will be awarded a PERSONALIZED TRAINING CERTIFICATION.
